Sidney,

How did you create the Apache configuration file?  Meaning what editor did
you use to cut and paste the text into?  I only ask as Apache is
complaining about invalid characters in the file.

Also, while the instructions say tpp-x.y.z I think they mean to use the
actual version of TPP, or tpp-4.6.2, as the file name.
