Thanks Joe,

I re-created TPP file with VI command. It was created by using EMACS 
command. I changed tpp-x.y.z to tpp-4.6.2. There are still problems for the 
last two steps. But the problems are solved by referring to the old topics 
in the group and in the internet. TPP is working at my Ubuntu 12.04 (with 
Kubuntu desktop) now.
