Hi all, I am running into trouble while trying to export large (>10,000 spectra) pep.xml files from iprophet to tsv/excel using petunia. The export starts and runs for a while until it stops with a blank page and an incomplete .xls file. The max I could get was about 16,000 rows)
PC and Mac using 4.6 rev 1 and developer build 201303151326 Is this a web server limitation? Any ideas how to fix this or work around it?
