Hello Heeyoun, Depending on the system you are on, you could be running into a native file size limit of 2Gb. Or it could be a malformed file; hard to tell without further information. Also, make sure that the mzXML file is in the expected location -- and we would recommend not using any special characters in the file name (such as parenthesis), especially as part of the name extension (i.e. make sure it ends in ".mzXML").
