Hi,
I think I found one clue to solve this problem, 2.1Gb size dependent error.
I show two .mzML files. One is 1.4Gb and another is 2.3Gb.
With msconvert, there showed no error massage converting RAW to .mzML.
But, in the .mzML files, I found the difference in the bottom of the files.
1.4Gb

What is the '7' means? I think the problem is in there.
However, I have no idea to understand this phenomenon. I need an advice.
Additionally, in the GUI version of TPP, RAW to .mzML converting show the
error in the files that is sized as 2.1Gb over with msconvert.
See below.
