Hello Luis,

Thank you for your fast reply.

Because of my broken english, these is something wrong transmiting of the
word.
I was tried to convert total 72 .dat files to .pep.xml with MASCOT2XML.
Most files were completed the job with no error, but, 11 files were sized
over 2.1Gb could not be convert to .pep.xml. with the syntax error (4).
Actuallu, all files have no special character name like "( ),
parenthesis?", but in the error masage the files were seem to be changed
the file name in the program, I think.

I used " ***.mzXML"
Error massage " ***.mzXML(1)"

As your mention, the important thing may not be the chaging of file name,
but my system limit.

Plz check my system.

processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20 GHz 3.20 GHz
RAM : 4.00 GB
system : 64bit

and.. please tell me the check list that I have to do.

thx again

Regards,

Heeyoun
