I just have a last issue regarding the conversion to pepXML. For one of my experiments I only have mgf files at my disposal and will never have access to the original raw files. In this case is it still possible to use Tandem2XML to convert my results files to pepXML ? I got a "Unknown file type." error when I tried. How could this be fixed ?
