Hi, I am testing the docker version of TPP 5.2 on Windows 10, works fine so far, but in the ProteinProphet step appears a warning (I stopped the script after several minutes of the warning message running). WARNING: Trying to compute mass of non-residue: WARNING: Trying to compute mass of non-residue: WARNING: Trying to compute mass of non-residue: WARNING: Trying to compute mass of non-residue: WARNING: Trying to compute mass of non-residue: Any idea how to track down the error (I suppose a strange symbol??)?
