In Section 8.2:
"the value of the <head> element whose http-equiv attribute is X-
XRDS-Location"
Should be "<meta> element" instead of "<head> element" to match with
item 3 in the preceding list.
I'd actually suggest writing item 3 in the list and that sentence
like this for consistency:
"<meta> element with an http-equiv attribute equal to X-XRDS-Location"
or
"<meta> element with an http-equiv attribute value of X-XRDS-Location"
