Correct. This was my solution for not needing to make zips on the fly, or
having to store files on the cluster. (This is not important, but kind of
interesting, so I will go on...) When you download a mod, the file you
download is generated on the fly and sent to the browser via CFCONTENT. The
file, installer.cfm, actually contains the install code AND the files to
install. It's a "all in one" type deal.
