I've seen many attempts at an object-like system based on top of a
relational model, I think it can be done. It would be good for sorting
and searching of object data.

People might also want to get their object data in an XML format to
perform XSL transformations on it, so it would be nice if I could
request from the COAPI for me to get my data based on a particular XML
format.

This does seem to be a great strength. I wonder what their migration
strategy is.
