Hi Ernie, What errors are you getting connecting from the servers that don't work? Can you turn on Siteminder's logging capabilities (via smconsole.exe) and post the logs? They will usually reveal where it is breaking.

Ok here is what I've done and is working on two other servers quit simular. Server Hardware Config Info: Compaq 380's 1 gig or ram 80 gig's of storage Server Software Config Info: Windows 2000 Server Coldfusion 4.5 migrated to Coldfusion 5 Spectra 1.0 migrated to 1.01 All the Updated associated with the migration. Now here is the problem, I have 4 boxes with this very config, 2 of which talk to the same userdirectory and smpolicy tables on the same database (SQL Server 7). Now here is my problem I have two other boxes configured the same way however, these boxes will not talk to the same userdirectory and smpolicy tables. How can I have a centeral place for the users and smpolicies? I want all four boxes reading from one userdirectory and smpolicy tables, is this possable? if how. Thanks in advanced Ernie Pena U.T. M.
