So I changed the Value_When_Red attribute on all my pingables (I suppose I would have to use the model editor to make this the default behavior for pingables added later?) from 0 to 1 and that worked. The models did go red and alarms/tickets were dropped. Now, is it possible to have a pingable go to a minor (yellow) alarm instead of a critical (red) alarm? I was hoping that using a 1 instead of a 7 would have done that, but I realize now why that doesnt work.
