Hi Ken, As I mention previously there might be the devices are not supporting SNMP or proper MIB is not available hence you can change value from Initial - Critical , Initial - Major or Initial - Minor. Depends on your requirement.

The models did go red and alarms/tickets were dropped. Now, is it possible to have a pingable go to a minor (yellow) alarm instead of a critical (red) alarm?
