Be sure to ensure the adsl module is not started before any dependants (like the USB system or networking :-) You can alter this by setting th Snnadsl link number in your rc(345).d directory. I have it set to 87, i.e. pretty much after everything else has started. I also added a 60 second delay in the script from moem_run finishing to pppd call adsl being run.
