May 16 17:17:30 adeon modem_run[13373]: modem_run version 1.3.1 started by root uid 0 May 16 17:17:30 adeon modem_run[13373]: Unable to locate firmware in ones.bin I try after that to load the correct firmware the modem_run fails too and the machine must be rebooted. In the meantime I have updated the bios in the machine where the modem is running and even changed the power supply (I'm running out of ideas), but the modem still gets disconnected (under 2.6 kernel too) I'm going to test the modem on another machine (a newer one), just to be sure it's this particular hardware problem (maybe it's a faulty modem?).
