The behaviour of modem is the same for Windows and Suse:
While OS is starting left led (USB) flahs 8 or 10 times red coloured
While devices are starting both leds stay green.
Just before login user right led (ADSL) flash around 6 times green 
couloured, and then both leds stay green.

Regarding the ISP username, all the users of this USB modem of "Telefonica" 
in Spain have the same username and code,  that's why I did not consider 
dangerous showing it. Thank you anyway.
