Around here 93 seems to be the labeled octane on all the "high-test" pumps. It used to be that Sunoco Ultra was 94, but now it is also listed as 93. I used to run Ultra all the time, but I can't say it is any worse with the current 93's, maybe even better. Of course, this area being in the (used-to-be-)snow-belt, it is flooded with Subarus which require a high octane gas, so I've been told. > and the 76 9:5.1 engines were rated at octane 94 or 95 I believe the comp ratio was 9:1, compared to the traditional 7.5:1. -- Jim Muller [EMAIL PROTECTED] '80 Spitfire, '70 GT6+ Your messages not reaching the list?
