I don't know which CV-Joints your car has because there are a lot of cars that they could have been taken from, but typically, one side of the CV Joint has a rubber "gaiter" attached to it. The piece is secured to the axle shaft somewhat like the gaiters on steering racks (with a hose clamp). If yours is like that, you can loosen the clamp and shoot a good quality grease into the gaiter and tighten the clamp.
