Ryan, it really sucks lately all the reports i have been hearing about lack of customer response in the aftermarket, i am friends with xrc and have begged them to please call people back, i hear they are very busy but no-one, no-one receives more calls and inquiry's nationwide then myself, i dont care if i spend 12 hours on the net, i answer everyone, including jerks, dreamers and people im sure are just using me to get a quote to go somewhere else and get a lower one, in business though,m i got where i am by answering everyone fairly and if i do run into a problem (no-one perfect, we are now shipping out over 400 orders a month and still have not ONE BBB complaint but i do get people i cant make happy or i felt they broke the part and are trying to make a bogus claim) i try and handle it to the best of my ability. i just got a check for 3800.00 from a guy with no Internet from PA, how? he called sps, xrc and others by asking friends whos the best out there, well after checking us all out (sps has a VERY large amount of BBB complaints, now, you generation doesn't use BBB to its fullest potential so i was surprised when this young man told me he checked them and based his decision on two things, one BBB complaints and two, NO-ONE called him back) we got the job, yes, he called me on fucking weekends when i was in the keys, he called me 5 times a day, i didnt know he was serious or not, BUT, i gave him the simple courtesy of my time, thats why were in business right? does ANYONE think they can open a business and treat the public like shit? (i.e. sps with their huge fucking egos) sps has been bad mouthing me consistently since they lost me as a supplier, funny how many other suppliers they have lost. xrc has the potential that, well, i cant even begin to tell you, the saturn aftermarket is HUGE, i PRAY, they get through their growing pains, like i said, they are my FRIENDS and if they are reading this as friends i hope they can differ from bashing and constructive critiscm. CAUSE I TOO HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES THIS WEEK TO PLACE AN ORDER (now if i call and want to place an order, you all know me, you think im fucking around or am i ready to spend money like RIGHT NOW?!). im giving them my support and i recommend people weekly to them,, if something's wrong,. if something's on backorder i have found your generation is very forgiving IF YOU SIMPLY FUCKING GIVE THEM THE RESPECT TO CALL THEM AND EXPLAIN~! thats my 2 cents, long live xrc but goddamn guys, pick up the phone and answer these guys, dont wait till it hits the net (something joe learned many years ago).... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ryan Jenkins" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, March 25, 2002 2:11 PM Subject: Re: [SPOC] Sucks carreras are available...
