I hadn't seen that show, but it sounds interesting, and since I just talked
to Doug, I thought I would ask him about it.  He says that you have the
right info, only the way he did it was reversed.  He started in color and
faded to B&W.  He says that it was done several years ago before Agfa
Scala, and he says that since most of his photos for that segment were shot
on both color and Tri-X already, that he simply copied the 8X10 B&W prints
on to 35 Fuji RDP 100 and mounted them as B&W slides.

Sounds like would work good too (we all know how to light for flat copy
work, right?)   :)   And it sounds like many of us would like to try Agfa
Scala sometime.  I have all of the film spec and info sheets on it here,
but I have not ordered any film yet.  Processing is only done in two or
three places in the country, BTW, and it's not cheap.
