Unless there is a local amendment, there is NO SIZE limits on a 13D system. The largest I have heard of was a little over 200,000 SF. You'd think a little property protection would be of interest at that price line. Then again, maybe it was there weekend home and since their big house was in town, they could do without it if a fire happened.
