1) maintain minimum 36" clearance below the sprinkler to the top of the
storage (2.3.3)

This will allow them 10' of storage but they have elected to only store a
max. of 5'-0"

2) maintain 2" to 4" transverse flue space in racks, and 12"
longitudinal for back to back racks (2.3.1)

I have rack uprights every 8', no back to back.

3) maintain at least 8'-0" clear space for every 100' length of the
racks (2.3.1)

Rack is only 47'-0" in length

4) if permanent heat and/or smoke vents are present they should be
manually operated only. (2.2.1)
None installed
5) sprinklers should be rated at 286 degrees (2.4.2)

Yes, forgot to mention that

6) water supply should be at least 2 hours in duration (2.4.5)

City supply, should not be a problem

Thanks for the help Ken.
