Yeah and hopefully the contractor who did the shell used 1" outlets
instead of 1/2".

Also, do not forget the tendency to catch 2 sprinklers from one outlet
on tenant upfits. I have been know to prove 2 sprinklers from one outlet
on the shell, and keep a copy in house, in anticipation of bidding/doing
the upfit...
