Tyco makes a dry pendent head and sells a boot to seal out any infiltrating air which is usually where the condensation comes from. Also be sure the head is the recommended length.

Apparantly, condensation is building up on head and dripping water on cooler floor. This is a cooler box at a Walgreens. Box is very narrow and really no other place to put head. Has anyone experienced this before and come up with an idea to correct this problem? Walgreen's is telling us to put a baffle between head and coil. Not a good idea, altho, box is small enough that head will flood entire area, but baffle adds an obstruction. Thanks for any ideas or help. I actually told them, coil was running too cool. Go figure...I am not a refrigeration person.
