The requirements of NFPA 13, 2007 should provide what you need. Also most
seismic programs like TOLCO use the S1 and Ss to calc loads, the first sheet
of your structural drawings usually has this information.

Subject: Seismic D
Is there any document that provides guidance for designing seismic bracing
in a building of cat D?
Thanks in advance.
