Back when I was the "Omega Lady" -  I would often be eating in some faraway 
town, look up - and low and behold - there were Omegas in the ceiling.  I would 
always ask for someone in charge of the facility or a manager - with limited 
success.  If I did get a "manager" - I would leave the paperwork with them, 
along with my business card and the website to refer to for more information.  
Steve and I are always pointing out defects when we move around.  The Leyton's 
have a permanent kink in their neck :-)

I'm not sure if I would call the expression I usually got as "deer in the 
headlights" or if when I opened my mouth I sounded like the teacher in a 
Charlie Brown cartoon.

Needless to say, the mentality seems to be:   if the Fire Marshal isn't red 
flagging my building, I don't care.
Also refer to:  If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
