I haven't figured out why yet, but I still am not able to reply back to the forum. So, thanks for everyone's input. The TYCO data that many pointed me to is good only for recessed and flush sprinklers not concealed. The other issue that I'm running into is the minimum distance between beams. The ones on this project are between 2'8" to 3'3" o.c. while TYCO stipulates a min of 3'4". So now we are suggesting that the beams be spaced differently and that we be given a variance to use recessed heads in these rooms then we can use the beam criteria. I was just hoping to find some other approach that would allow the concealed heads.
