Yeah two BIG tazer armed "Sprinkler Guards" should do.  Once the mates bust one 
and are thoroughly wetted, a good zap should deter further vandalism.

Oh, wait, that might not be politically correct.  Maybe fire safety counseling 
would be better............................Uh, on second thought, Na I like the 
tazer idea better.
