Has anyone experienced a case of severe corrosion on Chinese cast ductile iron pipe fittings that were manufactured around 2001? I have a project that has multiple instances of severe exterior corrosion on Chinese 1" threaded 90's and the adjacent piping. I heard of the same issue with from a colleague last week - also with Chinese cast fittings from 2001-2002. We had sections removed and tested but could not find the problem
