Nice for you, unfortunately our state Div. of Fire Safety has made this rule that you are not allowed to connect to a underground without first getting the "U" cert. from the underground guy. Yeah it also say's the underground guy's have to be registered, which requires them to know 24, but often they are not, often they don't know anything about 24 and guess who the owner blames.

If the site guy and AHJ figure out what they are supposed to do WRT hydro, great. If not, not my problem.
