Polyester fiberglass resin is a liquid and has a flash point about 90 degF. I'm 
not sure of the boiling point, but you are dealing with a Class 1B or 1C 
liquid. Is this being sprayed? If so, you are probably looking at an EH2 
anyway. How is the stuff being cured? How are they handling fumes? How is the 
product being stored? A lot more info is needed on the process before you can 
make a decision on design criteria.
