Just curious. If the CC2 is being used in the combustible concealed space why
would the 3000 sqft rule be an issue?

Subject: CC2/ RESIDENTIAL - AREA INCREASE

NFPA 13 (02ed) section 11.2.3.1.8 (3)

Does the 3000 SF area increase of this section apply to CC2 and
residential sprinklers? I know NFPA 13 2010 provides some guidance but
this AHJ follows 2002.

Thanks,
