I got a call from a client who works in a state with no formal state code. The local Fire Marshals pretty much make up what they want. A 24 hour walk-in clinic is moving in to an unsprinklered shopping center. The FM said that it needs to be sprinklered because it is open 24 hours but he is only asking for a 13R system fed from the existing 2" service. He put it in writing and I am in process of obtaining copies. 0.16 is looking pretty good right now.
