I received one like that today myself
New policy for an AHJ:

#6 - An indicating control valve shall be provided on the riser for the
combined domestic water and fire sprinklers if both domestic and fire
are a single line

#18 - There shall be no other control valve to the sprinkler system
other than the one provided by the water purveyor at the meter

Very difficult to conform to both policies
