also, consider lowering the stack height (if you have enough room to expand horizontally). also, consider putting solid shelves in-between levels and install in-rack sprinklers at each level, downside is the in-racks tend to get beat up and activate...but if your AtP is not there, that then won't matter too much upside is the total demand should / could go down
