For worse case scenario purposes, I applied .40 using the K-11.2 per Table 23.7 and calc'ed it along with my inside RA to be sure it would work for pricing purposes. It calc'd just fine since the engineer is requiring a max. water flow velocity of 20fps. Had to tweak my mains just a bit to lower my velocity but it works.
