That is happening all over. Builders won't let you do anything, including sprinklers, until they are complete. Now how many will retrofit?

Myabe my friends were not well informed? Or maybe the local DRH reps were not well informed? I know one of their local regional guys and he we have talked bout sprinklers but he didnt mention an open door there either.
