I dont know, I just have friends who have recently bought homes and they were told they could not add or modify ANYTHING until they took possession. Myabe my friends were not well informed? Or maybe the local DRH reps were not well informed? I know one of their local regional guys and he we have talked bout sprinklers but he didnt mention an open door there either.
