I would not attempt to argue the lintel / compartment issue since a lintel by 
definition is the wall section over a doorway (but yes it must have a height 
difference on both sides otherwise only one compartment has a lintel).  Whether 
or not you include the shower area depends on the applicable edition of 13 
(since the whole bath room thing has been in a state of flux).
