I don't want to spend a lot of time on this, boss handed me a print, here 
layout sprinklers on this, and do a demand calculation so we can tell them how 
big a pump and how many tanks. After they see our price they will probably opt 
for drywall. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. And since I do so few 
13D designs I thought I would ask the experts.

You use residential pendants and cpvc if within the listing. You can use the 
pendants because the owner may one day finish the basement.
