This is a fairly ornate house from the late 1800s that is being converted to a 
B&B. The CT FIre Safety Code eliminates most requirements for sprinklers in 
B&Bs (good lobby effort), but since they want to use the 3rd floor with the 
open stair tower, some additional protection is being required.
