Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding the correct hazard for sprinklers in an approximately 6000 sq. ft. 2 story + basement, Brewery / Still Works / Pub / Restaurant. I have looked through IBC 2009 and found nothing , NFPA 13, 2007 says distilleries are Ordinary Group II. I'm thinking that may not be adequate for some of the areas. In our kick off meeting they were discussing explosion proof lighting and switches in the approx. 677 sq. ft. bonded storage room, and the 630 sq. ft. Distillery area. Anyone have any thoughts?
