Ah-HA! Thanks Jim ... I blipped over that at least twice whilst skimming for the info. "Floor Control ..." not in the index, "Control Valves" doesn't include reference to floor controls. I'm very interested to see where this information lands in the 2019 'cause we know it's on the move again for sure.
