We are in the 2019 cycle so the 2022 is wide open.  I’d suggest you submit it 
as a Comment to the 2019 due to the extensive rewrite.  If NFPA decides it is 
new material, it will be HELD so it is then classified as a PI for 2022 that 
has already been submitted.

I think you’ll be surprised on how many will support it.  No guesses on it 
passing but there will be support.  So, you going to do it?  Send me a note off
