There are numerous occupancies with conveyors with numerously different cleanliness standards and numerous different types of material being handled. Not every place fits into this nice neat tiny little box you describe.

What is the likelihood that they would just throw a few packages under the conveyor, or let debris accumulate? I realize that this isn't addressed in the code, but it should be considered when you're talking about the prospect of adding hundreds of sprinklers under small, floor-mounted conveyors. In most cases 99.9% of those sprinklers spend their lives protecting concrete.
