Yes sir you’re reading correctly, 2002 it was introduced. In my field 
experience though, a whole lot of places it’s not getting done.

I've tried to make sure I am not taking this out of context or missing
something.
If this is being done there must be a WHOLE LOT of main drain testing going
on!!!

Any ITM Gurus got their ears on??
