Read 2019 NFPA 20, A.4.7.1. This paragraph will explain under what conditions a 
pump needs to be a "Listed" fire pump.

The answer is yes and no as far as being Listed.

Also, the Listing can be by another agency that is recognized and approved by 
the Authority Having Jurisdiction as UL Listed products aren't always available 
in all parts of the world.

ETL is another agency that is recognized in some areas or the world.
