@Pierre: I would normally not advocate creating a v2.2.1 milestone and
assigning issues to it before v2.2.0 is even released, but it seems in this
case since v2.2.0 is such a big release there is bound to be a need for
some micro bug fixing release before releasing v2.3.0. Would you mind
adding v2.2.1 to the list of "standard" milestones through the project
admin pages? Otherwise the issues list doesn't sort right if you try and
sort on the MS column.
