As long as you can export a GL into a text file (tab delimited, cvs, fixed
width) you can rearrange the data with cut, paste, grep, awk and some perl
magic into insert statements. I am doing one right now, not sure from
which accounting package the data came from.

I think a CRM is best built with customized scripts using the functions
available in SL and put other functions needed in a separate module. I
would also separate them at the frontend. You can build menu structures
with customized menus or build a complete new interface. You can see how
